What happens
About 30 minutes, unhurried.
Tell us what you would like to see when you book, and we will have it pulled out and ready when you arrive. That way the time goes on the pieces you actually came for.
Finding your size
We have pieces in multiple sizes, and we can talk you through the chart against the actual pieces, so you leave knowing the size that fits rather than guessing from a screen.
Our pieces arrive finished from India, where the picos, falls and blouses are stitched. We do not stitch or alter anything here, so an appointment is about finding the right size among the pieces we have rather than having one made.
Collecting an order
If you have already ordered and you are local, collect it here instead of waiting for it to ship. Ten minutes, and you get to see it before you take it home.

No. Come and look, and decide later.
Can you stitch or alter a blouse for me?+
No, we do not stitch or alter anything here. Our pieces arrive finished from India, where the stitching is done. What we can do is help you find the right size among the pieces we have.
I am not in Chicago. Can we do this over video?+
Yes. We hold the pieces up to the camera so you can see the real colour and the weave close up, and we help you work out which size to take. About thirty minutes, and you can order afterwards from wherever you are.
What do I need for a video call?+
Nothing but a phone. If you have a measuring tape to hand it helps with sizing, but it is not required.
Can I collect an online order instead of having it shipped?+
Yes. Choose the collection appointment and bring your order number.

What if I need to change the time?+
Your confirmation has a link to reschedule or cancel. Please use it rather than not turning up, so the slot can go to someone else.
