All sales are final: we don't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please check the size guide before you order, and we're always happy to help you find your fit first.

Because each style is made in small, limited runs, every sale is final. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, and we don't offer size exchanges. Take a moment with our size guide (or the Fit Finder) before ordering. If you'd like a second opinion, DM us on Instagram and we'll help you land the right size before you buy.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right, but a video of you opening the sealed, unopened package is required. It's the only way we can verify the issue, so without a clear unboxing video we're unable to offer a replacement or refund. Email reachsuvirah@gmail.com (or DM us on Instagram) within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the video, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund for that order.
