Privacy policy

A note on what “we” means

“We” and “Suvirah” mean the Suvirah store. Suvirah does not run its own customer database. The information below is held on our behalf by the trusted platforms we use to run the shop, mainly Shopify (our store and checkout) and Google (Analytics), and not on our own servers. Where each piece of information lives is noted below.

What we collect, and where it's stored

• Contact and order details (name, email, shipping address, order history): stored by Shopify, which powers our checkout and orders.
• Your phone number, only if you add it at checkout: stored by Shopify and used for order, delivery, and support updates about your purchase. We do not send marketing text messages, and we never sell or share your number for advertising.
• Newsletter email, if you choose to subscribe: stored in our Shopify customer list so we can send you updates, and nowhere else.
• Browsing and device data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type): collected through cookies by Google Analytics, and by the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, both only with your consent.
• Fit Finder measurements and answers: saved only on your own device. They are never sent to us or stored on any server.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, keep the store secure, and (with your consent) measure and improve the site. If you subscribe, we use your email only to send new arrivals and occasional offers.

Email and marketing

You can join our newsletter with your email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can opt out at any time with one click. We only email you if you have subscribed.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies for the basics (cart, preferences) and, with your consent, for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can change your choice anytime from the cookie banner.

Who holds your data

Only the providers that make the store work: Shopify (orders, checkout, payments, and secure customer accounts), Google (Analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and our shipping carriers. Each one processes your data only to provide its service, under its own privacy terms, and never for its own marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners. Suvirah never sees or stores your full card number.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information held about you, and opt out of marketing at any time. Just email reachsuvirah@gmail.com and we'll take care of it, including with our providers. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor those requests the same way.

Virtual try-on personal data processing

When you use our virtual try-on tool, our AI provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI) temporarily processes the geometry of your body or face (“biometric information”) solely to align, scale, and overlay the clothing preview onto your image.

No identification: this feature does not identify who you are or match your image against any identity database.

Instant destruction: we do not save or store your original photo, nor do we create or retain any permanent mathematical hashes, templates, or biometric profiles of your physical characteristics. All facial and body geometry points processed during the session are automatically and permanently deleted from volatile memory (RAM) the moment your try-on preview image is generated.

Data security and retention

Your order and account data is stored securely by Shopify. We keep it only as long as we need it to run the store and meet our legal and tax obligations, then it is removed.
