Orders & pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it.
• We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors happen; we may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing or inventory mistake.

Products

Colors and details may vary slightly from your screen and between handcrafted pieces. That variation is part of the craft, not a defect.

Intellectual property

All site content (photos, designs, text, and branding) belongs to Suvirah Designs and may not be used without permission.

Virtual try-on and electronic consent

The virtual try-on feature uses automated artificial intelligence to generate an illustrative preview. By uploading a photo or using your camera, you provide your explicit, written electronic consent for our system and our infrastructure provider (Google Cloud) to temporarily scan, extract, and process your facial or body geometry points strictly to display the apparel.

You strictly agree that you will only upload an image of yourself. You are legally prohibited from uploading photos of minors, third parties without their independent written consent, or any unlawful material. If you do not agree to the ephemeral processing of your physical geometry, you must not use this tool.

Liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Suvirah Designs isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
